Cowork, Child of the New Economy

Comments Off on Cowork, Child of the New Economy | By

Increasingly, the economy is driven by two things: the creative class of workers and the influence of the Internet. While the Internet has allowed people to work remotely, it does not mean we all want to work alone. We don’t want to work at home, either, at least not all the time. The creative class is famous for work life integration (as opposed to work life balance). The ability to be mobile is important, and the creative inspiration and lifestyle improvement from being around other like-minded people is undeniable. The result is cowork. Cowork is a new way for people to work together in office space. And it’s wildly popular. Check out these statistics at LinkedIn on Cowork.
