In this Old Town New World episode, we look at the changes happening in Rock Hill and how more change is inevitable. Nik and Craig are developers and locals who think the community at large needs to make conscious choices about what this change will look like. They also discuss their own personal connections and their love of Rock Hill.

Kettlesong is a mixed-use, nature-themed, master-planned development on the south side of Rock Hill, SC. The development plan includes multiple types of housing, a walkable commercial center, a new York Preparatory Academy campus, and community amenities such as walking and biking trails. It is the brainchild of Nik Radovanovic and Craig Craze. Both are co-partners of Indigo Rush, the company they formed to make Kettlesong happen. This project is a model of positive development to complement the rural character of the area instead of compressing it.
