Jason serves as a session facilitator and panelist at a symposium at Carroll Hall at Winthrop University. The symposium was organized by the York County Regional Chamber and the Society of Human Resources Management and was about managing in a workplace with multiple generations. With four generations now in the workplace, there exist many collision zones between them. These zones are potential frustration, but also potential opportunity.
